This 8-class course is specifically designed to help you learn how to work with flowers by connecting with them spiritually and making medicine with them.
We will explore:

- How to make flower essences from start to finish
- The benefits of making and using flower essences

- Which flowers want to assist us through various life experiences and emotions
- How to bring the medicine of flowers into our healing practices and rituals
- As well as guided journeys (deep meditations) every class to connect with our floral allies
You also get a PDF flower essence guide with all the information I'm teaching you, and PDF handouts that act sort of like "cheat sheets" to refer back to whenever you want in your floral exploration and connections.
This is all done online over the course of 8 classes with homework to complete in-between each one so that you can integrate this knowledge fully into your life. I'm so excited to help you through this!

Deep vibrational healing
Hello my friend, my name is Emily and I am a Spiritual Teacher and Medicine Woman with over 14 years of experience in sharing, healing, practicing and teaching on all things earth and energy medicine.
I started sharing the magic of flower essences in 2020 when I began more intentionally crafting herbal offerings and medicines for my community.
Flowers are, in my experience, a powerful embodiment of both God and Goddess. They teach us to step into our power, to feel the fullness of all our emotions, to honour our feelings instead of suppressing them or tossing them aside. They embrace our sensitive nature as highly attuned earth beings and allow us to return to our own power with the nurturing force of their spirits.
I'm so excited to share with you the potency and magic of flowers as a therapeutic and spiritual medicine on our journey!
