If you need to cancel a subscription then login, go to your setting and cancel it. if you are enrolled in a multi-payment plan for a course, you will not be able to cancel this.
My account is showing up as cancelled but I didn’t cancel it, what happened?
What most likely happened here is that your payment hasn’t gone through. If your payment doesn’t go through on your card then it stops you from seeing the content.
How do I change my payment details?
Log in and go to your account settings and change your billing information.
Where can I find the information about my membership or course?
All your information can be found in your account profile/dashboard. If you have any issues with it please contact us to get it fixed!
